As the French Intellectual Property Code, under Article L. 122-5 2° and 3°, only authorizes “copies or reproductions reserved strictly for private use of the copyist and not intended for collective use” and only authorizes analyses and short quotations for the purposes of examples and illustrations, “any representation or partial reproduction without the consent of the author or his heirs or successors is illegal” (Article L. 122-4). In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 98-536 of 1 July 1998 that transposed Directive 96/9/EC of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases into the French Intellectual Property Code, Ping Castle SAS is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases on this site.

By accessing this site, you acknowledge that the data components thereof are legally protected and, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 01/07/98 referred to above, you are prohibited from extracting, reusing, storing, reproducing, representing or retaining, directly or indirectly, on any media, by any means and in any form whatsoever, in whole or in part, qualitatively or quantitatively, the substantive content of the databases on the site you access and from extracting or repeatedly and systematically reusing, qualitatively and quantitatively, non-substantive parts, when these operations clearly exceed normal use.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and Article 43 of the Law of 30 September 1986, as amended, the automated processing of data taken from this site has been registered with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
